Do you remember the last time you saw someone slip and fall? Or maybe they tripped and fell.
Did it happen at the grocery store or in a parking lot?

In Kentucky, property owners have a responsibility to maintain their premises in a reasonable manner to avoid dangerous circumstances that can cause accidents. And if you or a loved one is injured because someone is negligent in the maintenance of their premises, then that person or business is responsible for your injuries.
